Real use as hospital staff work

Each person signs in to CARE with their own account; nobody shares a login.
RAD-SMART checks the role for every step: only a doctor approves a course, reception checks patients in, technologists run the board.
Nothing changes a patient's time until a person approves it, and every change is recorded with who made it.
Patients get their messages on WhatsApp, with a private link to their page: no app and no login for them.
